Dr. Mark Zelnick, Au.D., FAAA

Dr. Mark Zelnick is the founder and owner of Mark Zelnick Inc. He has been practicing in the field of audiology since 1969 alongside his father Ernest Zelnick. Dr. Zelnick received his Masters of Science Degree from CUNY Brooklyn College in 1978, and his Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University, School of Audiology. 

Additionally, Dr. Zelnick is a New York State registered hearing aid dispenser, a member of the New York Speech Language Hearing Association and a proud fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. 

Alexandra Lewery, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA, ABA

Dr. Lewery is a clinical audiologist at Mark Zelnick, Inc. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Brooklyn College. She then went on earn her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Hofstra University. 

Prior to joining Mark Zelnick Inc. as a full time audiologist, Dr. Lewery was employed by Dr. Zelnick as a patient care coordinator, holding the position for 5 years throughout the course of her undergraduate and graduate studies. 

Dr. Lewery gained her clinical experience through rotations at Omni Rehabilitation Center, NY Audio Associates, and Manhattan Avenue Hearing Aids. She has gained experience in all areas of audiology including audiological testing, hearing aid evalautions and fittings, tinnitus evaluations and management, auditory brainstem response testing (ABR), videonystamography (VNG), counseling and aural rehabilitation. Throughout her clinical experiences, Dr. Lewery has worked with all age groups, including infants, children, adults, and the special needs population. She completed her audiological residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. 

Additionally, Dr. Lewery is a New York State registered hearing aid dispenser, a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. 

Dr. Lewery is fluent in Russian and is also a dual-licensed audiologist in the state of New Jersey.
